Companion Noble Care provides non-medical companion and concierge support services only. Services do not include skilled nursing care, medical diagnosis, treatment, therapy, medication administration, or any regulated healthcare services requiring professional licensure.
The Standards We Keep
Florida Standards
Companion Noble Care operates as a non-medical concierge companion service in the State of Florida. Our practices align with applicable Florida statutes governing companionship and homemaker services, and we maintain internal policies that mirror — and in many areas exceed — industry expectations for vetted, insured, in-home support.
Companion Vetting
Every companion is engaged only after a comprehensive vetting process, including Level 2 background screening (where applicable), identity verification, professional reference checks, and an in-person interview to assess discretion, temperament, and presence.
Privacy & Confidentiality
While Companion Noble Care does not provide medical services and is therefore not a HIPAA-covered entity, we treat all client information with the privacy expected of a trusted private concierge. Personal details, household information, and family communications are kept strictly confidential — by contract and by culture.
Vulnerable Adult Protection
The wellbeing of our clients is paramount. Our companions are trained to recognise and respond to signs of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of vulnerable adults, and to report concerns through appropriate Florida channels. Companion Noble Care maintains a zero-tolerance position on any form of abuse or neglect.
